Library staff is beginning to process copies of HPatDH. Access to the book is kept to a minimum before the official midnight release. Even library administrators are not allowed to peek!

I heard that stores had to follow strict rules about handeling copies of HP before they were released. Did the library have to follow specific rules about it?
Yes we did! I don't know the exact rules we had to follow but they were very strict. I believe that only the staff member who processed the book was allowed to open it, and only for the processing--he wasn't allowed to do anymore then open the cover and put on our labels.
